We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal or semi-formal. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi-formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or sportcoat. No jeans or white please!
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults- only event. We encourage you to use this night as a date night!
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening. Guests can start arriving at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive no later than 3:50 p.m. or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", We have hired professionals to capture this moment for use and we promise to share our photos when we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Yes! We have two options for hotels. Please note the wedding party will be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Lancaster. Check in at this location is at 3 P.M. You can request earlier check-in please let them know this when booking the room. You can opt to stay at this location for 1 night and still receive the discounted rate. The other option is the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites. Please note this option requires you to stay a minimum of 2 nights to receive the discounted rate. If you choose to stay one night please be aware check-in is at 4 P.M. so please plan accordingly. If you choose to stay elsewhere that is okay just know our buses will not be able to pick up or drop you off. If you have any questions please reach out to Brandon or Pam.
Under "Travel" you will see an icon that says "View". When you hit "view" it will bring you to to our room block. You can book right from this link. Other options are to call the hotel and ask to book under the Brune-Rinehimer hotel block. Group call in code is "BRWS" for the Courtyard by Marriott. This is important to receive the discounted rate. You can use Marriott points if you are a member just be sure to do this under our hotel block. Deadline for receiving the discounted rate is the end of August.
Yes! We will be providing shuttles to and from the 2 listed hotel options under "Travel". Buses will pick up at these hotels and drop off.
