How/when do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the top of the screen! Pretty please don't make me track you down for an RSVP. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by August 30th, 2024.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love all your kiddos, due to space & venue restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our day, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate and share this day with our closest friends and family, thanks for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and fam get dressed up with us! We are asking for semi-formal/cocktail attire. No jeans, t-shirts, or shorts please! Weather permitting the ceremony will be on grass, so make smart heel choices! For those wondering, the wedding party will be in blue, bride will be in white - can't miss her.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yep! There is plenty of free parking on the premises. If you end up having to leave your vehicle there overnight, no prob! You just have to retrieve it by 9am the next morning.

Can I just uber?

Answer

We will be in Willamette Valley wine country, about an hour from the PDX airport. If you are flying in, we recommend carpooling or renting a car, especially if you would like to do any sightseeing outside of the wedding festivities - Oregon in October is beautiful! Ride share services out there are not nearly as reliable as within the city of Portland. For the ceremony, we recommend utilizing the shuttle services we are providing for those staying at our hotel blocks, or carpooling if you are staying elsewhere. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, we will have the ceremony outside in the meadow at Water Oasis. Reception will be "indoors" under a covered pavilion.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. Please arrive at 3:30pm to ensure plenty of time to be seated prior to the start of the ceremony!

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly (but firmly) request all phones be turned off or silenced during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, so please respect our wishes and don't be that guy that ruins the shot with an iPhone up in the air. We promise after we will share all ceremony photos upon request! During cocktail hour and reception, however, please feel free to take as many pictures or videos as you'd like!

What's the bar situation?

Answer

C'mon, you're really doubting us here? Don't worry, we have you covered. We will have a traditional cocktail hour after the ceremony that will include signature cocktails plus beer & wine. Signature cocktails will be available until we wrap up dinner. Beer, wine, and bubbly is unlimited and will be flowing all night! We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee. Remember - the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

What if I have a last minute RSVP change?

Answer

We understanding life happens - for our sanity and the sake of our vendors, please just let us know ASAP if there are changes to your RSVP status. When in doubt, just text Abby or Dan.
