he summer of 2014, Sabrina and Ashley (MOH) decided to rent a house a Torch Lake with some friends from high school. When they posted on twitter that they found a house for a fun weekend ahead, a college friend of Sabrina asked if him and some of his friends (Devin being one of the friends) could tag along. Everyone was excited to celebrate the 4th of July, ensuring that memories would be made. The day of the fourth, everyone was on the lake and enjoying themselves. Devin and Sabrina were hanging out with the entire group. Sabrina, thinking Devin was a cutie decided to chat him up :) When they realized that they were both hungry, they approached the burger boat. The burger boat was a 3 hour wait, so they decided to leave the lake. With no money, shoes, or phones, there was one thing left to do.... hitchhike. After awhile of trying to flag people down, including police officers, nobody would stop for them, Not knowing if they were going to figure out a way home, a man pulled over and picked them up and he said "I just need a break from my wife and kids, I'll take you guys wherever." The man safely drove them back to the house where they could share chips and salsa and some gluten free pizza where Devin almost gagged. It was truly love at first bite :)
