Yes! There will be 2 buses taking you to the Church in Torrelaguna and from there to La Fabrica de Harinas. After the event is over, those buses will take you back to the same place where you were picked up (At 2 different times during the night, probably 10pm and 12pm). From Madrid, the buses will most likely depart from the area of Plaza de España at 11:30 am.
The hotel is just a suggestion as they make a group discount, there are many other hotels and different kind of accommodations. I highly highly encourage you to book everything around the area of Plaza de España. It is a great location with lots of things to do there and the buses to the wedding will leave from there.
Madrid is a very "walkable" city. You can go anywhere walking or using public transportation (Our subway is extremely good) or ride share services like Cabify or Uber. If you want to rent a car, of course do it, but just know that there are many other options. Also, know that there are certain rules that change when driving there like for example, you can't turn right if the light is red.
Formal attire. It is a day wedding, therefore short and long dresses are acceptable. Late September is pretty unpredictable in Spain, though it tends to be on the warmer side. But I strongly suggest having a jacket or some kind if warmer clothing to wear at night.
