Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by September 04, 2025. This will help us finalize all the details and make sure everyone is comfortably accommodated. Unfortunately, if we don’t hear from you by then, we won’t be able to accommodate you. We’ll miss you and will be thinking of you on our special day!

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Formal Attire. Think elegant dresses, suits, or cocktail wear. Our celebration will be held both outdoors and indoors, so please plan accordingly for the weather. We can’t wait to see you dress to impress!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Boston, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be unpredictable (as we most know). Typically, you can expect mid fall temperatures, high around the mid 60’s and cooler evenings in the mid 40’s. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket especially since our ceremony will be outdoors. We also encourage guests to track the forecast as the date gets closer.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the event intimate, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! We’ve made a few special exceptions for immediate family, and we hope you understand our decision. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure a smooth and timely start. We can’t wait to greet you!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Free parking is available on-site at Saphire Estate. There will be a parking attendant on-site to help guide and direct you when you arrive. No need to worry, parking will be easy and convenient.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests put their phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’re having an unplugged ceremony and would truly appreciate your full presence and attention as we exchange vows. We’ve hired an amazing team to capture every moment, and we can’t wait to share those with you. Thank you for helping us create a meaningful moment!

Question

Can we post photos on social media?

Answer

Yes, we’d love for you to share your photos and memories! We just kindly ask that you wait until after the ceremony to post anything, so everyone can be fully present during that special moment. Once the celebration begins, feel free to post away using our hashtag #OnceUponABlanc. We can’t wait to see that day through your eyes!

Question

I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?

Answer

Please let us know on your RSVP form if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our catering team will be happy to accommodate you.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering an open bar for a portion of the evening. Once the bar tab reaches a certain limit, it will transition to a cash bar. We kindly encourage guests to bring a form of payment just in case you’d like to continue the celebration with additional drinks. Thank you for understanding and celebrating with us!
