Wedding planning is very busy, please read this list of Q&A and if you are still curious about something please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 9/26/2025. As soon as you know if you’re able to celebrate with us please let us know your plans by filling out the form on this website. If we have not heard from you, we will unfortunately have to assume you won't be joining us as we need to let our vendors know final numbers in a timely manner.

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

- Shuttles to and from the venue will be provided departing from the hotel block parking lot. They will promptly depart @ 3:00pm & 3:15pm, please be punctual. - There is plenty of parking available at Hillside if you choose to drive yourself. - Ubers/Lyfts are available and recommended if you plan on consuming adult beverages and don’t plan to utilize the shuttle.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but due to restrictions placed by our venue this will be an adults only event with the exception of a few family members. Enjoy a parents night out on us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we want you looking your best! Ladies, we would love to see you in floor length dresses and gentlemen please come dressed in a suit or tux, we prefer a jacket, ties are not required. Please refrain from short dresses, shorts, or jeans. And please leave white for the bride!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, please be in your seats no later than 3:50pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We definitely want to make sure to accommodate this, please include the information in you RSVP.
