We met the modern way:  by “liking” a heart on Hinge (swoon!) in 2019. Our first date was at Industry Public House in Robinson—it was a Friday the 13th in December. Jaime thought this could go one of two ways, horrible or perfect, luckily it was perfect! Since that night they have been by each other's side ever since.  A few of our favorite memories from our time together: Trying new restaurants downtown, visiting Puerto Rico, getting our first place together, and many trips to the beach in Naples, Florida. 

Matt proposed to Jaime at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh in November 2023. Jaime thought they were meeting Leah and Alex (his sister and brother in law) at the hotel for Lightup! Night, a holiday kickoff tradition that Matt and Jaime have done every year. When arriving at the hotel, Matt took Jaime to the Renaissance Suite and opened the door where the room was decorated with a “Will You Marry Me Jaime?” sign. He got down on one knee and it was the easiest “YES!” Tears of joy, hugs, and kisses were shared. It was an amazing moment. We're so excited for you to join us as we say "I do" at our wedding in September of 2024. See you soon!
