Wedding Ceremony

We will exchange vows outside under the Victorian Gazebo located in St. Michael's Vineyard behind the Star Barn. For guests traveling to the wedding independently, parking attendants will be available in the lower level parking lot as you approach the Star Barn. For guests staying at The Hampton Inn or Sure Stay, please be ready for shuttle pick up no later than 3:30 PM. Attendants and hosts will be present to point all guests to the Victorian Gazebo. Please plan to arrive before 4PM. There will be light refreshments and live music at the ceremony. We can't wait to see you there.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Formal Attire
Our extended cocktail hour will be held in the Courtyard and lower level of the Star Barn. Hosts will guide guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour. In addition to small bites and cocktails, there will be live music and live animals (alpacas, miniature horses, donkeys) for guests to enjoy. This is also a great time to explore the lower level of the Star Barn or surrounding grounds including Liberty Lake. We can't wait!
Dinner & Dancing
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal attire.
Following cocktail hour, guests will be guided to the dining floor at the Star Barn. Please be sure to select meal preferences for you and your party so that you can enjoy a delicious dinner. We will have dessert and late night snacks so please come hungry and ready to dance. Shuttle services will begin transporting guests back to hotels at 10 PM with final shuttles leaving the property when the reception concludes at 11 PM. We can't wait for the greatest night.
