The ceremony is at 3pm. Please arrive between 2:30 & 2:50.

Cocktail / Semi-Formal Attire. NO SHORTS | NO JEANS (please & thank you) :)

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony & reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, the location is happy to accommodate your dietary restriction. Please indicate any restriction through your RSVP.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

No, you are responsible for your own transportation. Please drink responsibly. If you are staying at a downtown hotel it is about a 30 minute walk to & from the reception. Vets Cab is available at 519-256-2621.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. For the ceremony at Willowbrook Meadows, the parking is located to the left when you come down the laneway. For the reception at The Windsor Club, please use Lot B & C. LOT B Is located directly across Riverside Drive. It can hold 60+ vehicles. Please use cross walk available at the entrance of the parking lot. This lot is not paved so please use caution. LOT C Is located to the right of The Windsor Club building. This lot can hold up to 30 vehicles.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors (weather permitting), but our reception will be indoors.

Are the ceremony & reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both locations are wheelchair accessible. However, our ceremony location does not have an accessible washroom.

Can I take pictures or video during the wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, we request that guests refrain from taking pictures or video.
