Cocktail attire, but please dress comfortably as the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Florida has a habit of being strangely cold or hot in October without rhyme or reason. Our color scheme is jewel tones especially deep purples, blues, greens, and even teal with gold accents. Please feel free to coordinate your outfit along with us.

Upside and downside to having plenty of room for our wedding: A quiet, remote venue. We adore Sunny Acres Lodge but we are aware that most traditional lodgings are about 30 minutes away. We recommend the Holiday Inns or Hampton Inns at Lakeland or the north or south ends of Four Corners. There are a few smaller motels, villas, suites, etc that may be more affordable in the area as well. Check back periodically as we may partner with a particular hotel to block some rooms. Please also note that our venue is just west of Orlando so feel free to keep the party going into the weekend with a stop at one of Florida's famous Parks (amusement or otherwise.)
The simplest answer is we have most of the "Things" we need to start our life together. Our Registry is populated with a few experiences and other larger projects that we have been working towards and would appreciate any amount you would be comfortable contributing. Please feel free to bring a card to the wedding itself.
Of course! Be mindful if you happen to catch other party-goers in your photo and make sure they are okay with that as well. We will also be providing a way to share all of our combined shots with one another. *NOTE* The Ceremony will be UNPLUGGED as we have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing priceless moments and we don't want phones sneaking in. However, there will be a PHOTO MINUTE at the end of the ceremony for any and all guests to capture as many photos as their heart desires before we all exit to the Reception.
We will have some hors d'oeuvres to snack on prior to and just after the ceremony as you take time to chat and sign our guest book calendar. During the reception, we will be serving a local favorite: Latin Twist, buffet-style *Vegan options will be available Please contact by email, voicemail, or text with the tagline "DIETARY" if you have specific dietary questions or concerns.
Yes, there will be a limited bar including basic wine, beer, and seltzer as well as two signature cocktails.
