We have secured a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus Carpinteria Inn. This is a moderately priced hotel very near to the wedding venue. Carpinteria is a very small, cozy town and as such there are not a great deal of choices within Carpinteria proper. If you'd like to be as close to the venue as possible, this is our choice. Please book through the link below, or call and ask for the Palley-Poldberg room block. Please book before March 26th in order to take advantage of the group rate.

Santa Barbara Airport
Santa Barbara Airport is the closest airport to Carpinteria. Unfortunately this is quite a small airport and has limited flights in and out. Often flights are $100 - $200 more expensive at this airport, but it may be worth it as LAX is so much further away.

Los Angeles International Airport
It will likely be best to fly in/out of LAX. LAX is about 1.5 to 2 hours away from Carpinteria by car. We recommend renting a car, taking the train, or taking the shuttle from LAX to the Santa Barbara or Carpinteria area. The Santa Barbara Airbus is a shuttle service that goes from LAX to SBA every two hours.

Amtrack Pacific Surfliner
The Amtrack Pacific Surfliner goes all the way down the southern coast of California. Taking the Surfliner from Union Station in Los Angeles straight to Carpinteria is a great option!

AirBnB
We HIGHLY advise against using AirBnB in Santa Barbara or Carpinteria. Santa Barbara county is extremely strict about not allowing AirBnB and similar services, and our wedding planner has told us that she often hears horror stories about AirBnBs being closed down or cancelled at the last minute. AirBnB at your own risk!
