Do you have a wedding block?

Answer

Yes. We have blocked rooms at the Embassy Suites off of Cactus Road in Phoenix with a special rate for Wedding guests. Please navigate to the "Travel" tab if you are interested in staying there during the wedding weekend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those who are invited attend the wedding and reception. If you would like to bring a guest, please reach out to Megan and Max beforehand.

What is the RSVP Deadline?

The deadline to provide an RSVP is Saturday the 28th of March, 2026.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests wear Cocktail Attire. Tuxedos and bow-ties are not necessary.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place inside. Cocktail hour will be outside in the church courtyard.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The church is in a residential area very accessible from the Loop 101 Freeway by car. We recommend traveling by personal vehicle, taxi, or ride-share to the ceremony and reception. Public transportation is very limited in this area of Scottsdale.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Doors to the church will open at 3:30 PM for a 4 PM ceremony.

What if I have food alergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please notify Megan and Max of any food allergies or specific dietary restrictions on your RSVP. A meal will be provided to accommodate your dietary restrictions on a guest-by-guest basis. The appetizers and reception menu are not necessarily vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free by default.

Yes. Please ensure any kids are accounted for on the RSVP or by reaching out to Megan and Max.

Yes. The bar will include a selection of beer and wine with limited cocktail service.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late April in Phoenix/Scottsdale includes warm, pleasant days and slightly cool nights. You can expect high temperatures to be in the 80s-90s °F (25-33 °C) and lows to be in the 60s-70s °F (15-22 °C). April is typically dry with little precipitation and lots of direct sunlight.
