The ceremony start time is 3:00pm. We have shuttles scheduled for pickup and drop-off. Shuttles from the Hilton Scotts Valley/Santa Cruz will pick up at 2:00pm ONLY. Shuttles from St. John's Catholic Church will begin at 2:30pm. Please see the Travel section for more details.
Please be ready in front of the lobby at 2:00 promptly. The shuttles will take all Hilton guests at this time and then do pick-ups from the St. John's Church. If you miss the shuttle, please head over to the church.
Semi-formal attire requested. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The weather may be very warm during the day, but cool down at night. Please avoid wearing stiletto heels as they may sink into the grass.
Yes, however, parking is extremely limited. Parking will be reserved for vendors, the bridal and groomsmen party, and those with handicap accommodations.
We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. You will see on your RSVP if you have a plus one or if your kid(s) are invited.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Scotts Valley/Santa Cruz. Click on the "Travel" tab on our wedding website for detailed instructions. You must book by Friday, August 15th and book Friday September 5th through Sunday, September 7th to receive the room block rate. **If there are no more rooms available when you go to book, please contact Abby or Jeremy ASAP so they can contact the hotel and add more.
