We met online in March 2019. Joseph knew it was love at first sight, I was a little stubborn for a while. Life kept us apart a couple of times, but through years of on and off, being best friends, being each others' person, he finally decided it was time to put a ring on it. After countless roadtrips and concerts, spontaneous dates, and all our little adventures, we have been given us a life we love, in our beautiful home, with loved ones around us. We are honored to share this story and our wedding day with all of you.
We went to Morris Canal Park in Jersey City, where Joseph took me to celebrate our six month anniversary. He told me then, "Now I can't propose to you here, you'd expect it." When the time came, he pushed for me to find something nice to wear, get my nails done, all that. I asked him, "Are you proposing to me?" to which he answered, "What? No of course not. I just want you to feel beautiful for our 1 year." He had it in mind for months. He took me to the park in April, but had the ring since November. He hired a secret photographer, and made sure to have us there perfectly at sunset, and after he got down on one knee, we had the most beautiful engagement shoot I could've ever imagined.
