Monterey Bay Aquarium

Located at the ocean's edge on historic Cannery Row. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a showcase for the habitats and sea life of one of the world's richest marine regions. Dedicated to innovative exhibits, cutting edge marine research and ocean conservation leadership, the Monterey Bay Aquarium sets the standard for excellence around the world because of its immersive exhibits and ability to present marine life on a truly grand scale.

Carmel Mission Basilica Museum

First built in 1797, one of the most authentically restored Roman Catholic mission churches in California. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a National Historic Landmark. Home to 300,000 visitors annually, the mission also serves as a museum, preserving its own history and the history of the area. The Carmel Mission is one of California’s most important historic sites featuring: St. Junipero Serra and the Mission Basilica Shrine, The final resting place of Saint Junipero Serra, Founding Father of California. The Carmel Mission was the second of the nine missions founded by Saint Junipero Serra. In 2015 Saint Junipero Serra was Canonized during Pope Francis’s official State visit to the United States.

Point Lobos State Natural Reserve

Long considered the "crown jewel" of California's State Parks, Point Lobos is a perfect place for a scenic walk or hike along picturesque coves, rocky coastline, charming beaches, and incredible views of the Pacific Ocean.

Spanish Bay Bagpiper

We recommend enjoying drinks and food by the fire pits. The Spanish Bay Bagpiper plays every day, rain or shine. The bagpiper begins on the first tee at The Links at Spanish Bay in front of STICKS, and finishes 45 minutes later at the Spanish Bay fire pits by the second green. During Daylight Saving Time, the bagpiper begins at approximately 5:45 p.m. During Standard Time, the bagpiper starts a half-hour before sunset.

17 Mile Drive

17-Mile Drive is a scenic road through Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula in California, much of which hugs the Pacific coastline and passes famous golf courses, mansions and scenic attractions, including the Lone Cypress, Bird Rock and the 5,300-acre Del Monte Forest of Monterey Cypress trees.

Carmel Beach

Elkhorn Slough is one of the top ten wildlife viewing destinations in North America. The Elkhorn Slough at Moss Landing boasts the largest remaining raft of southern sea otters on the planet. Come paddle with these amazing endangered creatures, as well as sea lions, harbor seals, beautiful floating jellies and migrating sea birds.
