The ceremony in the Vineyard at the Heritage Hotel will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We know, like many of you also do, that I-84 is pretty full of traffic at all hours of the afternoon (especially on a Friday of Labor Day Weekend). We kindly ask that you plan to arrive at the Heritage Hotel by 4:30 pm to make your way to our ceremony in the Vineyard for 4:45pm. If you arrive earlier than this, The Tavern, located in the Heritage Hotel, will be open to hangout in or to have a drink. If you are staying the night, you may check in to your hotel room at 4pm.
Please don your best semi-formal cocktail attire. We ask the ladies to wear dresses or jumpsuits and the men to wear dress pants, dress shirts, suits, or sport coats.
Although we would love to have all guests be able to bring a plus one and share our special day - we can only accommodate those who are specifically addressed on your invitation.
No, although we would like to have all of our favorite kiddos in attendance, we would love for our moms and dads who are attending to have the night off. Unless specifically addressed otherwise, on your invitation.
Our ceremony and reception are being held in The Heritage Hotel! The rooms here are wonderful, and we do have a room block for our guests to book a room at a discounted rate for Thursday, September 3rd and Friday, September 4th. Please see the Travel tab of our website for more information.
We are hosting a station style dinner that will allow guests to make their own plates amongst the various stations that the Heritage Hotel will be catering and serving. There will be many options for those with specific allergies or dietary restrictions.
