The happy couple met over 4 years ago when Jake was Sarah's bartender at the local bar in Arlington Heights. While out celebrating after a family party, they both noticed each other, but it wasn't until almost exactly a year later he asked her on their first date. He wrote his number on a receipt Friday night, and first date was Sunday. Sarah and Jake started dating a week later and the rest is history.
