There are hotels in the area, but in high demand during October. Because of this, I highly suggest looking into AirBNB.com, vrbo.com, etc. You can rent out a room at a bed and breakfast if you're coming solo, or rent out an entire cabin and spend the weekend with your family exploring, getting the full mountain experience. There are a lot of options. There are a list of hotels if you prefer one on the "Travel" page. We have a guaranteed rate with The Inn on the River.
Formal/Cocktail attire. October in the Smoky's can swing both ways either real warm or real cold. On average in the daytime it's in the 70's, and at nights it could get in the 40's. Our venue will have both indoor and outdoor area, so keep this in mind and bring a jacket!
Due to the location, there will be a shuttle that fits about 14 people at a time, that meets you at the bottom of the hill at Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863), and will take you up to the venue. At the end of the wedding, the shuttle will take you back down as well. It will be available throughout the duration of our wedding if needed.
Of course! I included all children in invites, so please RSVP for them as well.
The venue fits a small party, therefore if you have someone in mind you'd like to bring that I did not account for, please let me know so we can try to accommodate!
