HOW SHOULD I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "will attend" or "will not attend". You may also use the QR code on your invitation.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Answer
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by Oct 4, 2025. We need to provide a total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner so if we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will have to mark you as "will not attend".

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate "will not attend" on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are not able to accommodate additional guests. If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
Semi-formal. Feel free to wear whatever color you like, but please no white.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding an adult-only event with the exception of the little ones in our wedding party and immediate family. Kindly asking 16 and older. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun! Thank you for understanding.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00pm. We recommend you arrive 15-20 minutes early to park and find a seat. Cocktail hour will start at 4:00pm with reception following at 5:00pm.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an "unplugged" ceremony. We have professionals to capture our special moments, and we will share those photos with you! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! A photo booth will also be present.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Answer
There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots on the property for both church and reception.

HAVE YOU BLOCKED HOTEL ROOMS FOR GUESTS?
Answer
Yes, please click on the travel tab for more information. When booking inform you are with the "Abarca & Palacio Wedding" for discounted price of $154 per night. Cutoff date for the room block is October 10, 2025.
