Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We encourage guests to stay at the SARATOGA ARMS HOTEL, where we’ll also be staying for the weekend! As a boutique hotel with only 30 rooms, it tends to fill up fast, so we recommend booking early. We also have a hotel block at Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs.

What’s the dress code?

Black Tie Optional Gentlemen: Black/Navy/Charcoal colored Tuxedo or Suit Ladies: Black/Navy/Charcoal colored Floor-length Gown

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We request you arrive no later than 3:45pm. Arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins (4pm) allows time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in so you don’t miss any part of the event!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore your children, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only affair. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be present with us — phones down, hearts open. Snap away at the reception!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that you attend solo unless a plus-one has been specifically included on your invitation.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

If you have any special dietary requirements, please include them with your RSVP.

Will there be onsite parking?

Answer

Yes! We have the entire street blocked off for parking in front of the venue. If you do not plan on driving, there are numerous hotels within a very short walking distance to the venue.

What’s the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 12 November, 2026. RSVPs will open in October, but please reach out to us if you know you cannot make it (i.e. deployment, work, etc...)

Yes. Hydration is key.
