Booking & payment Deposit: $250 per person ($50 for resort and $200 for flight), plus optional travel insurance. Deposits are non‑refundable unless travel protection is added. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. You’re welcome to make payments any time before then (like a layaway plan). Travel protection options, cost based on total package price Travel Protection (Credit Option) $115-145 per adult | $40-65 per child (12 & under) Provides a future travel credit (less the cost of insurance) if you cancel. Best for travelers who know they’ll rebook another trip in the future. Travel Protection Plus (Cash Refund Option) $235-290 per adult | $70-95 per child (12 & under) Provides a cash refund (less the cost of insurance) if you cancel. Best for travelers who prefer money back rather than a future credit. Both travel protection plans include Cancel for any reason, up to 24 hours prior to departure. Up to $3,000 for meals, lodging, and transportation if your trip is delayed. Flight coverage up to the total trip cost if illness or injury prevents travel. Baggage coverage: $300 for delayed bags and $1,000 for lost belongings. Medical coverage up to $50,000 if you get sick or injured during your trip. Details With Travel & Resort Stay

Travel agent will handle any questions regarding booking and travel. You may request airfare be booked with a specific airline. Flying out of surrounding airports may be cheaper than Columbus. It is typically cheaper to book everything as a package unless you have miles or CC points for flights. Travel agent will price out all available room options when you reach her. Travel insurance encouraged- If hotel rates drop, travel agent can rebook rooms at the lower price. You will receive a formal invoice receipt and confirmation once deposit has been paid. You will be mailed a hard copy of travel documents two weeks prior to departure including: flight details, step-by-step information on airport transfers, hotel confirmation, smart packing suggestions, and tips for speeding up customs on the way home. You may make payments on your trip through December 10th.
