Maid of Honor
My Ride or Die. Ash and I met in 6th grade with the literal intention of avoiding a friendship at all costs. It wasn’t until 7th grade that we warmed up to the idea of being acquaintances, and from then on we became each others’ best friend. Ash introduced me to my Jonas Brothers obsession and fan-girled with me at their concert ages ago and I will never forget that adrenaline rush we shared. If we're not sending each other new news about our follow-up on the Jonas Brothers, are we even friends? You can always expect us both to be wearing unplanned, similar outfits or black all-day-ery-day.

Katie is my biggest cheerleader and prayer warrior. You need encouragement? Call Katie. You need a hug? Katie will be there. I met this lovely human at my homeschool group in 7th grade and we hit it off immediately. Kates, her sis, and I had the incredible opportunity of being on a Nickelodeon show together for almost 3 years, and that will always be my fondest memory (Specifically when we got to pan the camera while mouthing the words to "Jesus Loves Me This I Know"). From our exciting and awkward Jonas brothers phase to every challenging minute of adulthood, Katie has been my voice of reason and shoulder to cry on. I know we’ll be friends forever and I hope that’ll never change. #JonasSistaz

I didn’t meet Kristin until I stepped into Zak’s life. I’ve only known her a short time, but she has so easily become my soul sister for life. We share so many adventurous qualities and I know she’ll be my travel buddy ‘til the end. Kristin is the kindest, most compassionate human being I have ever had the privilege to meet, and I’m blessed to call her one of my closest friends. Btw, Facebook claims we have a plan to take a vacation to Fiji with each other within the next 7 years. So, that's happening.

Missy and I became best buds in Kindergarten and now here we are! Her Mama, grandma, and sister Sarah became my second family right away. After I left school to be homeschooled in 5th grade, I was never worried that Missy and I would grow apart. Sure enough, we stayed in contact and made time to see each other as often as we could. Four years ago Missy gave birth to the smartest, most beautiful little girl I know, Miss Terra. I had the privilege of meeting this little firecracker the week she was born and have cherished all of my visits with her and her mama since. Missy and her family live in Modesto now, but distance will never keep us too far apart.

Ky and I met each other the day that I met her sister, Katie. We were homeschooled together since 7th grade and immediately became best buds. From random trips to Burbank and background acting in a television show called "Victorious", the three of us were always going on new adventures. Being at Biola together is what kept us close, but then we turned into adults. YIKES. Ky and I started living our own lives and now we don't get a chance to see each other often, but I love her to death. #JonasSistaz

Ashley and I met in our nursing program at Biola University in 2016. It wasn't long after I found out about her coffee obsession that I was immediately hooked on our friendship. Since then Ashley has been such a solid prayer warrior and encourager in my life. She constantly supports me and wants to know about the challenges that I'm facing in mine and Zak's relationship and just life in general. Ashley always ends our conversations with asking how she can be praying for me, and honestly, I've never met a truer friend than that.
