Travel Note
For those flying Flamingo Air from Nassau to Staniel Cay - If you are not traveling to Atlantis after we ask that you limit your bags to 1 carry on and 1 personal item (fits on your lap) per person. If you are traveling to Atlantis after Staniel Cay we ask you limit your bags to 1 checked bag and 1 personal item per person (fits on your lap). This is in order to comply with Flamingo Air's weight limits.
Flight
Titan Air - If you are flying Titan Air your connecting flight is at 2pm. Once you arrive in Nassau you will go through Bahamas customs, grab your luggage, and make your way outside the airport. You will hail a cab and request transfer to "The General Aviation Terminal" - This is where you will check in and board your Titan Air connecting flight.
Flight
Flamingo Air - If you are flying Flamingo Air your connecting flight is at 4pm. Once you arrive in Nassau you will go through Bahamas customs, grab your luggage, and make your way outside the airport. You will then walk to the domestic terminal next door - once inside the domestic terminal locate the Flamingo Air check-in counter. This is the terminal you will check-in, go through security, and board your Flamingo Air connecting flight. There is a Duty Free once you pass through security.

Staniel Cay Yacht Club will be our home base for the wedding ceremony. A small boutique resort deep in the Exuma Island chain surrounded by endless private beaches, sand bars, and shallow, crystal clear aquamarine water. Check in - Nov 7th, 2025 Check out - Nov 10th, 2025 By Air - Any major domestic airport to Nassau (NAS) > Flamingo/Titan Air from Nassau (NAS) to Staniel Cay (TYM). Please note that if you would like to continue the party after we leave Staniel Cay at Atlantis Bahamas, you will be able to return home to the airport you flew out of originally from Nassau (NAS). What is included? - Transfer by golf cart to and from Staniel Cay Airport to Staniel Cay Yacht Club. - All meals (a sit down ale-carte breakfast, large cooler packed with lunch and drinks for a day out on the water, and a 4 course dinner) - A Boston Whaler for each bungalow is also included from 9am to 5pm each full day of your stay (gas included) for a fun day of island hopping. - Unlimited water and non-alcoholic drinks (there is a bar on the property and a liquor store on the golf cart ride to the resort from the Staniel Cay Airport - simply ask your golf cart driver to make a quick stop) If you are going through Nassau (NAS) there is also a Duty Free at the airport.

Feel free to book any tower at the Atlantis Bahamas with check in beginning Nov 10th until whenever you want to check out (Nov 12th or later preferred). With a massive water park, one of the Caribbean's largest casinos, amazing beach, and a lively marina village there is something for everyone! Alternatively, if you would like to join us for the after party at Atlantis but do not want to pay Atlantis lodging rates you are welcome to book the Comfort Suites that is located right next to Atlantis and is only a short 5 minute walk from Atlantis' Coral Tower. Breakfast is included at this location at no extra charge and you have full access to Atlantis including the Atlantis water park and beach since it is an affiliated property. Passports - The Bahamas are an international destination so Passports are required. Make sure your Passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date. Cash - US Dollar (USD) is accepted and is 1:1 to the Bahamian Dollar (BSD) Make sure to have cash on hand for taxis in Nassau and the casino Taxis - From Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) to Atlantis $45-$50 is a reasonable fare for 2 people then an extra $5 per person.
