Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Golf cart shuttles will provide guests transportation to and from Wedding in the Woods and the clubhouse from 3:15 - 3:45 PM. Kindly be seated by 3:45 PM

Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail hour immediately following ceremony on the Olympic Terrace. No food will be served at that time. Come ready to toast and mingle, and save your appetite for the main meal! Dinner at 6 o'clock in the Olympic Room Celebration following Send off will be at 9:45 A hosted bar will offer beer and wine. Cocktails may be purchased at guests discretion.
