BOOKING CONDITIONS: DATES: we currently have 6/28-6/30 blocked off for all our guests through the link below. If you are interested in staying three nights, please email Andrew (andrew@theinclinelodge.com) directly to assist with extending your reservation. Cut-off date: rooms must be booked before March 30th, 2024 by 3 pm Pacific to guarantee availability. Cancelation Policy: Reservations become nonrefundable at the cut-off date by 3 pm PST. Payment: a full nonrefundable payment will be charged at the cut-off date. TAXES AND FEES: All room nights and daily destination amenity fees are subject to the 13% Washoe Count Transient Tourism Tax A daily destination amenity fee of $30 covers the following amenities: Daily complimentary wine reception from 5-7 p.m. (1 glass per guest) Indoor heated pool Complimentary parking Access to the Concierge lounge Mobile virtual concierge High-speed Wi-Fi Artisanal coffee & tea (in room) Complimentary gourmet drip coffee (In Lobby 7 am-11 pm) In-room refrigerator Curated bath collection OTHER PERKS PER OUR AGREEMENT: Free exclusive use of Concierge Lounge (dependent on filling entire block - but they'll work with us if it's close!)
