What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:30 pm as we would like to reserve time for seating and we would like to have a uninterrupted ceremony.

We would like this to be a semi-formal event. Please feel free to wear your cowboy boots to get down on the dance floor!

Answer
If your wedding RSVP and invite did not specify a plus one, we respectfully ask you to not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for your understanding :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have them listed in another one of tabs on the website. We have a hotel block for a limited time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes there is parking located in two different parking lots within our venue.

Can you bring outside beverages?
Answer
We respectfully ask you to not bring any outside beverages as a respect to our vendors and venue. This includes alcohol, soda, water, and other drinkable items. ANY alcohol that is brought in from the outside will have you fined and kicked out of the venue respectfully. Please abide by our venues policies.

We have several airports near us but the 3 closest airports are as follows: -Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport 12.7mi (18 min) from Freedom WI -Appleton International Airport 19.4 mi (26 min) from Freedom WI -Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport 127.4 mi (1 hour, 50 mins) from Freedom WI

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors while our dining and dancing will be in our beautiful barn venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle from our venue to local addresses and hotels near by. You are able to leave your vehicles at our venue until 12pm on September 19th, 2026. If you do not pick up your vehicle by the desired time sadly the venue has the right to fine or tow away your vehicle. There are also many apps such as UBER and LYFT to bring you to places. We also respectfully ask that you do not drink and drive.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
We’re excited to share a delicious Primal Eats BBQ experience at our wedding! Dinner will be served family-style, featuring mouth-watering smoked meats, classic barbecue sides, and hearty comfort-food favorites. Plates will be passed around the table so everyone can try a little bit of everything. Come hungry, ready to enjoy good food, and prepared for that cozy backyard BBQ feel — there will be something tasty for everyone!

Of course, if you happen to RSVP online there is a question about food allergies, intolerance's, or cultural requests to fill out. If you are unable to fill out online, please feel free to personally reach out to Paige Gallagher at (847) 721-4581.

Any suggestions places to eat, drink and see while I'm in town for your wedding?

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be a partial open bar that includes 4 types of wine and 2 types of beer. Please feel free to indulge as this is a Wisconsin wedding HAHA!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 657 Monroe Street, Oshkosh WI 54901. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?
Answer
Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #paigeanddylanobrien. It'll also be posted around the venue for your convenience. Please use it for any pictures you take at our wedding!
