Served over linguine pasta Atlantic Salmon - Honey garlic glaze, served with rosemary roasted potatoes and garlic green beans with maple bourbon glazed carrots Sliced Saratoga Red Sirloin - Herb-rubbed and oven roasted medallions with Saratoga Red Gravy served with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans with maple bourbon glazed carrots
