The easiest way to get to Colorado Springs is to fly into Denver International Airport (DIA) and drive approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes south. Rental cars and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available from the airport. You can also fly directly into Colorado Springs Airport, which is much closer to our venue and hotel, though flight options may be more limited and often require a connection.
Yes! Transportation will be provided for all guests. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the hotel, Cheyenne Mountain Resort. If you are not staying at the hotel, please make plans to arrive there prior to the shuttle departure time.
Guests are welcome to drive themselves (safely) or arrange their own car service if preferred. You should be able to get an Uber or Lyft from the Denver or Colorado Springs area to the venue, Spruce Mountain Ranch. However, rideshares are extremely difficult to get for pickup from the venue at the end of the night, which is why we strongly recommend using the provided shuttle transportation.
