IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

Indoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. There is an outdoor patio on the venue property as well.

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

Answer

There are a couple of parking lots near the venue that guests can utilize on the day of the wedding. The first lot is right across the street from the Broadway Avenue at P & F Supply (1135 Broadway Ave NW). This lot is available after 3pm on Friday and all day on Saturday. The second lot is down the street from the venue at DeVries Jewelry Store (433 Leonard St NW). Both the "Customer Parking" and "Additional Parking" are available all day on Saturday. The small lot attached to the venue is reserved for members of the wedding party and vendors only.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME PLACE?

Answer

Yes! The Broadway Avenue has a large ceremony/reception room on the main level and a cocktail hour area downstairs. Guests are able to enjoy the cocktail hour without having to change locations while the venue staff flip the upstairs room from the ceremony set-up to the reception set-up. There is a wheelchair lift available, making the first level and basement level handicapped accessible. The lift is located on the left side of the building next to the venue’s attached parking lot.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity of our venue, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP .
