What is the dress code?

Best Dressed: We kindly request that guests wear a suit/jacket or formal attire to help make our day even more special. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place @ 1:30 PM at St. William Catholic Church in Round Rock, Tx. Church Address: 620 Round Rock W Dr, Round Rock, TX 78681 The reception will take place @ 4:30 PM at Wish Well House in Georgetown, Tx. Venue Address: 511 S Main St, Georgetown, TX 78626

When should we arrive to the church for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early. We ask that you be seated by 1:15 PM.

What time does the reception start?

Answer

The reception will begin at 4:30 PM, with dinner buffet served at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that you be seated by 5:00 PM to ensure a smooth start to the evening. Expect food, drinks, dancing, and plenty of fun!

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is ample parking available at St. William Catholic Church. While parking near the venue is limited, the venue is located in downtown Georgetown, also known as 'The Square.' We recommend allowing extra time to find parking in 'The Square' and be prepared for a short walk to the venue. We recommend guests utilize ride-sharing services where possible.

May I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, we would love for you to bring someone special! The total number of guests you can bring will be indicated when you find your name in the RSVP section.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, we would love to have your little ones join us for the celebration if your guest count permits! Children under 2 years do not need an RSVP. We kindly ask that you utilize the cry rooms during the church ceremony. Please ensure your little ones are supervised and well taken care of throughout the ceremony and reception.

What should we do during the gap in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Feel free to take this opportunity to head back to your hotel or accommodation to rest and freshen up. For more ideas on things to do, check out the 'Things to Do' tab on our website.

Is RSVP required?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. To ensure we can finalize seating arrangements and coordinate with our vendors, we kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by the deadline. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make exceptions, and anyone who does not respond by the deadline will be marked as 'no.' We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What if I cannot make it to the wedding?

Answer

We completely understand if you're unable to attend. Your well wishes mean just as much to us, and we hope to celebrate with you in spirit! Please kindly RSVP with 'will not attend' if you are unable to make it.

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Feel free to take photos at the reception!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for you to enjoy. Wine & beer will be available from 5pm-10pm. Cocktails will be available from 7pm-9pm. No cash bar, outside drinks, or alcoholic beverages allowed. We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and be mindful of their limits. We want to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all!
