Where is the Venue?

Answer

Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch 13020 N Bush Hwy, Mesa, AZ 85215 This is a shared driveway, continue driving past the Dam Entrance and past the Horseback Riding Lodge. Keep to your left until you hit the gates.

What is the Parking Situation?

Answer

The parking lot at the venue is towards the back of the property, across from the main office. Signs will be there the day of to help direct you where to park

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Overall Dress Code is Cocktail (Fun, Bright Colors Encouraged!). The ceremony, cocktail hour, and, reception are all outside on grass or gravel. In March, the average high is 72.2°F and low is 61.8°F.

Is There a Hotel Block?

Answer

No: on the 'Travel' tab, you can find the addresses and websites for suggested accommodations near the venue. If Air Bnb is more your style, we recommend looking for places in Fountain Hills, Mesa, or, Scottsdale.

How is the Wifi/Cell Service at Venue?

Answer

The venue is located close to the Tonto National Forest so cell service may be a bit sparse depending on your carrier. Typically, service is good at the venue but some carriers may have low coverage driving to the venue. There is wifi at the 'Main House' - however will likely not be within radius for the ceremony and reception.

How to RSVP?

Answer

You can follow the instructions within your invitation or you can go to the 'RSVP' tab and enter your first and last name to send in your response. Your RSVP will list the names that you must RSVP for and will also have a section to alert us as to any allergens for our caterer to be aware of.

What's on the Menu?

Answer

We will have a charcuterie table and drinks during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style, with menu items that include options for meat-free, dairy free, and, gluten free. Dessert will be a dessert bar which will include cake and cookies. We hope you enjoy the menu we selected!

Will there be drinks?

Answer

We are planning to serve local wines, beer, and non-alcoholic options at our wedding. While we are still looking into the exact options we will provide, you can plan on enjoying drinks on us during our wedding!
