Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab on our website for more information. All hotel reservations must be made through our booking link by November 9, 2025 to avoid penalties.
If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the resort in the timely manner that they have given us. Due to this, we will not be able to accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!
If your children are listed on the RSVP, they are absolutely welcome to attend the festivities!
The wedding ceremony and all festivities will be held outdoors.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We ask that you dress to impress in your best beachy cocktail attire! The ceremony itself will not be held on the beach.
There will be a welcome party on Friday, April 10 at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya resort. The welcome party is doubling as our rehearsal dinner. All guests are invited to the welcome party, even if you are not participating in the wedding. Attire is dressy casual, shorts are allowed.
The weather in Riviera Maya during April is generally warm and enjoyable, with average temperatures around 88°F and a low chance of rainfall.
We recommend traveling into the Cancun airport, which is an hour from the Hard Rock Riviera Maya resort. If you'd like to arrange airport transfers, please reach out to Debbie Burson at Sharp Travel Planners. You can find Debbie's information within our booking link, which can be found on the "Travel" page of our website.
Our wedding ceremony will be unplugged, so we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. However, we encourage you to take photos + videos during the cocktail hour and reception!
YES! The resort is all-inclusive, and there will be no shortage of fun during our stay! Please view our booking link for more information on what is/is not included in the all-inclusive stay. .
