Question

Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

Nestled in the breathtaking Yasawa Islands of Fiji, Paradise Cove is a 5 star luxury resort, on the private Naukacuvu Island surrounded by champagne sand, and crystal clear waters. The island has been reserved exclusively for our guests for the duration of the four (4) night stay.

Question

When do I need to be there?

Answer

Check-in will begin in the afternoon of Saturday the 8th of March, 2025 and check-out will be on the morning of Wednesday the 12th of March, 2025. Our resort has been reserved for four (4) nights and (5) days. All flights will need to arrive in Nadi, Fiji before 1PM on Saturday the 8th of March in order to catch the transfer cruise from Port Denarau to Paradise Cove. All flights will need to depart Nadi, Fiji after 9PM on Wednesday 12th of March. Our boat from the resort is due to arrive in Port Denarau at 6PM and it is a 30 minute ride from the port to Nadi airport.

Question

How do I get to the resort?

Answer

International flights generally arrive into Nadi, Fiji. From Nadi you will be escorted by car or bus to the Port Denarau ferry terminal where our transfer boat will take us to Paradise Cove. You can also choose to charter a helicopter to the island for an additional charge. Many of our guests will be on the same flights and we will aim to all travel together where possible. See 'Travel' section for suggested flights.

Question

When should I book my flight?

Answer

You're welcome to book your flights now. Prices are currently on the low end or 'typical' as at the beginning of October, however this could change at any point so we advise to get in now if you can. If you would like to wait, our wedding planner is currently working on organizing group rate flights through Fiji Airways from Los Angeles and Melbourne. These prices could be about 10% cheaper and give you the option of paying at a later date. Please reach out to us if you are interested. Additionally, some carriers including Fiji Airways often have Black Friday flight deals (Friday 29th of November).

Question

Can I come early or stay longer in Fiji or at Paradise Cove?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at Paradise Cove or other surrounding resorts earlier than the 8th of March. If you'd like to stay in Fiji after the 12th of March, we highly recommend you extend your Fiji experience at a different resort or island, as we have a farewell party organized on the transfer out of Paradise Cove that you won't want to miss! Any additional accommodation booked before the 8th of March or after the 12th of March, 2025 will need to be organized and paid by the guest. Please inform our wedding planner of your intention to stay longer in Fiji so we can help coordinate your transfers to and from Paradise Cove. Our Wedding Planner is also more than happy to assist with bookings outside of the 8th - 12th of March window (see Wedding Planner Contact Details above).

Question

How much will everything cost?

Answer

Cost is calculated per person in your currency of residence and varies depending on room type (see 'Room Types and Cost' below). Accommodation and meals are free for kids under five (5) years old. Cost of all accommodation and meals for children between 5 and 13 years old is $450.
