What is happening?

So glad you asked! We were married August 2nd, 2024 in a small ceremony and now we want to celebrate with you! Think of this as the reception after a wedding. No ceremony, just a party.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This event does not have a strict dress code. When people ask, we are suggesting cocktail attire, but we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible and enjoy themselves.

RSVP by June 28th via the QR code connected to this website so we can properly prepare for your presence!

Is there parking at the Rickhouse?

Answer

There is parking behind the venue off of W Corporation St near the Historic Durham Athletic Park and free street parking all around the venue. Historic Durham Athletic Park address: 500 W Corporation St Durham, NC 27701

What is the food and drink situation?

Answer

There will be hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and a taco station and slider bar for dinner. Of course we will have an open bar too. We hope y'all will enjoy all of it!

Do you have a hotel block anywhere?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at Aloft Downtown Durham, Hampton Inn and Suites North 1-85 and The Durham Hotel. Please check out the travel tab on this website, navigate to the hotels and the links listed will take you directly to our hotel block.
