Paige and Karson actually went to high school together, though somehow their paths never crossed until years later at the wedding of Karson’s best friend and Paige’s best friend. Funny enough, that wedding ended up being the start of their own story. The connection was immediate. A couple months later, they went on their first date and spent four and a half hours sitting in a restaurant booth just talking. From the very beginning, everything between them felt easy. Karson, who admittedly was never much of a dog person, quickly found himself getting to know Paige’s world — including her two Dutch Shepherds and life as a dog trainer. Not long after, Paige moved into her first home not far from where Karson grew up. Somewhere along the way, Karson started spending more and more time there… until eventually, he just never really left. It was definitely an adjustment at first (especially with two high-energy Dutch Shepherds), but somewhere in the middle of everyday routines, laughter, and learning life together, they realized just how naturally everything fit. Over a year after their first date, Karson proposed during one of their routine walks with the dogs — completely them. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people they love most.
