SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront

This hotel just opened up and has fantastic views, spacious suites, free hot breakfast, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. They're located on the Manatee River & have a variety of guest suites with water views. They have a small rooftop pool, but large lounge area for guests. This hotel is within walking distance to Old Main Street (restaurants, bars, pubs, etc.) and the Hampton Inn hotel. Since it just opened (5/17/19), we were able to reserve a block of rooms for guests with the discount code through 6/1/19. Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Bradenton Historic District

Please call the direct number at 941-746-9400 and hit "0" when you get the voicemail. You do not want to go to central reservation as they are having a hard time finding the block of rooms. This historic hotel was built in 1920 and has all the modern amenities. It is very pretty. The pool is small, but is without seating. Free Breakfast is included. The rooms are very nice, but smaller than the Courtyard's rooms. You can walk to Old Main Street where there are several restaurants, pubs/bars, etc. Rooms: Standard Queen or King room is $129.00 plus tax (12%) per night (if you want at balcony $159.00) Suites are $169.00 plus tax per night. The rates are good from June 6-10th. *Must cancel 24 hours PRIOR to arrival to get money back* Check in 3 PM. Check out 11 AM. Block of rooms will be released May 8, 2019.

The Courtyard has a big pool and you can walk along the River walk right outside the hotel. It does not have a free breakfast, but there is a small breakfast place in the lobby. Rooms are spacious. You're about a half a mile from the Hampton Inn Hotel and can walk downtown to Old Main street, as well.
