COVID 19

Jarret and I wanted to share some of the things we and the vendors and venue will be doing in light of COVID-19. We invite you to wear a mask, stay for as little or as long as you want, and we recognize that even with all these precautions in place, you still might not feel comfortable joining us in person, and that is okay! Please know we respect and support your decision 100%!
Question

Set Up/Venue

Answer

-Large space with plenty of room for social distancing both inside and outside -Tables will be 6 feet apart, again both inside and outside -We are providing hand sanitizer at each table, and the Venue will provide hand sanitizer at each bar, food station and in the restrooms -There will be a bar inside and outside, on almost opposite sides of the venue -We will be leaving 2 large doors open to increase airflow throughout the venue -The venue has increased their regular cleaning services, as have all vendors we are utilizing

Question

Food and Drinks

Answer

-All passed appetizers will be served in individual dishes to easily grab and dispose of, leaving touchpoints limited -All plates will be made by staff at each food station -We will leave the wine at the tables during dinner to limit your need to get up to go to the bar -Each drink you order at the bar will be served in a fresh glass and your used glass will be brought to the kitchen for cleaning -We will be calling Table numbers to head to food stations in order to keep the number of people in line down and with room to spread out -Food stations will be spread throughout the venue providing plenty of space to distance yourself while waiting -If you are feeling ready to go after the ceremony, during cocktail hour, or during food being served, please ask the staff for a box, they will happily provide you one so you can enjoy as much of the wedding we have planned while keeping yourself comfortable, safe and healthy!

Question

Other Precautions

Answer

-We will be providing a limited amount of masks and individual bottles of hand sanitizer, but please feel free to bring your own! -We ask that if you are not feeling well, or have been exposed to someone before our wedding that you stay home and take care of yourself, but know that we will miss you!
