NJ Transit: Raritan Valley Line
If you are traveling from NYC, Hoboken, or the airport you can take the NJ Transit Raritan Valley line from Newark Penn Station/Newark Airport to Bridgewater (requires a transfer in Newark if coming from New York Penn Station or Hoboken). The hotel/venue is 5.6 miles from the train station.
