Jackson and Paige first met at their church's youth group when they were both still in high school. Jackson attended Lakeville North High School and was good friends with Paige's best friend, Ellie Peterson (the MOH!). Ellie and Paige hung out all the time, and Jackson was often around, too. The two got to know each other through Ellie, and became friends as they served and interned at their church together. A special bonding moment in their friendship happened when Jackson helped change Paige's tire on the side of the highway at 11PM... with her dad. Little did he know that that was going to be his Father-in-Law three years down the road. Jackson started attending North Central University a year before Paige, and when Paige confirmed she was also going to attend NCU, the two began connecting over going to school together. As they spent more time with each other, their friends started getting suspicious... "do they like each other?" Nonetheless, they were in complete denial. Finally, after months of denying their feelings for each other, the two went on a 24-hour hiking trip with a group of their friends. It was on this trip that they realized they didn't want to be "just friends" anymore. A few weeks after returning, they began dating. As they say, the rest is history!

Currently, Jackson and Paige are on staff at ZOE Church in Burnsville, MN. They will be working there for the foreseeable future, and they look forward to moving to that area this summer and settling in as newlyweds! The two are incredibly passionate about ministry and cannot wait to see all the ways God uses their marriage to connect with and serve people in their community. Both Paige and Jackson will graduate from North Central University next spring. Paige will graduate with a degree in Pastoral Studies, and Jackson with a degree in Theology. Jackson will continue his education to pursue a Masters in Theology.
