Yes! Shuttle buses will be available for all wedding guests from each hotel. Shuttles will run from the hotel to Eagle Oaks for the reception, and back to each hotel both immediately following the end of the reception, and following the after party. The schedule is as follows: 5:15pm: Shuttle departs from the DoubleTree to Eagle Oaks 5:45pm: Shuttle departs from the Hampton Inn to Eagle Oaks 11:00pm: Shuttle departs from Eagle Oaks to the Hampton Inn and DoubleTree 12:00am: Shuttle departs from Eagle Oaks to the Hampton Inn 12:30am: Shuttle departs from Eagle Oaks to the Hampton Inn and DoubleTree
Yes, there is parking both at the Parish of Saint Mary's Church for the ceremony, as well as at Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club for the reception
