Travel Information Istanbul has two airports: Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW). We recommend flying into Istanbul Airport (IST), especially for guests traveling from the U.S., as Turkish Airlines offers direct flights from most major cities, including but not limited to New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and Denver. Getting from the Airport to the Hotel It is recommended to take a taxi, as it is a convenient and affordable option. The fare will be around $30-$50 depending on the time of day and traffic. Outside the airport, you will find official taxi stands where you can easily catch a cab. You can communicate with the taxi driver in English, but if needed, you can use Google Translate. Please make sure to ask the driver to turn on the taxi meter to avoid any potential overcharging.
