Location of Ceremony

Hole 14 - The Links at Woodridge: Access to Hole 14 is between 207 Dover Dr. and 211 Dover Dr. Mineral Wells, WV 26150. Guests can park anywhere on Dover Dr. Signage will be posted throughout the neighborhood to direct guests.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:10 to ensure ample time for parking and walking to the location or catching the shuttle. Shuttle only holds 12 at a time.

What is the dress code/attire?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail! Nothing too casual, but not black tie!

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony will move indoors to the reception area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony parking, please see the location listed under “schedule”. There is plenty of parking up by the reception area, carpooling to the ceremony from the reception is recommended. Shuttle is available.
