Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is Sunday best / formal. For women, this means a long evening gown or knee high dresses, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. Groom has requested all men wear pocket squares.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration! Please do not post any wedding photos or videos until after the bride and groom have.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

No, we do not as most guests rather book their own airbnbs. However, I do have some hotels that either the venue or myself have recommended. Please see travel page for more details

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Ashven Estate. There is handicap parking as well, the closest handicap spot is reserved for the bride and grooms grandparents

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! Any child under the age of 5, the venue has requested parents bring food and drinks for your own child as they do not provide food, drinks or seating for children under 5 years of age.

Will we have alcohol?

Answer

No, we have decided to have an alcohol free wedding so everybody can enjoy the fun sober and respectfully. No liquor is allowed on the venue premises. Anybody found with liquor will be escorted off the premises and the renters (bride and groom) will be fine $500 for each person and will be told / escorted out of the venue.
