Update as of 7/07/2020: Do not press "1" to reserve a room, simply remain on the line to be connected to the Austinburg staff directly. That is the most important step. Also, please try to call and reserve your room in the morning. The front desk manager apologized to me stating, "We have new people who are giving out incorrect info regarding your room block". Guests should reserve ahead of time under "Collin Butcher Wedding". If you get told to, "Show up the day of the wedding because the rooms are already reserved and there is no need to reserve ahead of time", that is not correct. Please, ask to speak to Chiffon to reserve your room or try calling again later. I am so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused anyone. When you call to reserve your room please be specific on the dates. There are 20 rooms available for August 7, 2020 to accomodate the bridal party and there are 40 rooms on August 8, 2020 to include wedding guests.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Reception

We are providing guests with a shuttle from the reception to the main hotel at the end of the evening. The shuttle holds 14 people and will begin running at 9:00 pm.
