Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at the Preserve at Dundee. We encourage you to carpool or utilize the provided shuttle from the hotel.

Are kids welcome?

We have a number of children on the guest list, details can be found under your RSVP!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all of our loved ones, please check your RSVP for included guests. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal; we suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men (no jeans please!)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please let us know in advance when you RSVP

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will have an open bar as well as a mocktail and non-alcoholic drinks for all of our guests to enjoy throughout the evening!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We are currently planning to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors. While not ideal, we will be able to pivot and have the ceremony in the tented reception area if needed.

Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Answer

The venue has a pool on property (it may be covered, this is at the owner’s discretion due to time of year) and it is a working farm with large equipment on site. Please be mindful of this day-of, especially those guests bringing little ones as we don’t want anyone getting hurt!
