There will be shuttles provided to the wedding venue. Shuttles will begin picking up at 4:30 from 200 Main and Old Edwards Inn and transport guests to The Farm for the remainder of the night. There is also parking available at The Farm for those who choose to drive. There are currently no ride share companies (Uber, Lyft, etc.) that serve Highlands.
Even if you fly in to Atlanta or Asheville, you will most likely need a car to get to Highlands. Once there if you stay on Main Street, you can walk to restaurants, shops and several hikes. Highlands has a number of hotels and small inns/lodges plus home rentals such as AirBnB and VRBO. There is no central hotel, however we have reserved rooms at Old Edwards Inn & Spa and 200 Main. We've included some other options on the travel page as well!
The sooner the better! Memorial Day weekend is a very popular time to visit Highlands.
