What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding is casual, so please feel free to wear whatever you’d feel best in!! One thing to keep in mind is that the barn is 100 years old, it does not have heating or air conditioning but does have large fans.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Depending on the weather, the ceremony may outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will dinner be servered at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

For the food menu we will be having a variety of smoked foods such as garlic and herb chicken, sweet home Alabama chicken with white bbq sauce and pulled pork. There will be smoked mac and cheese, collard greens, sweet potatoes, and corn bread muffins.

What kind of beverages will be available?

Answer

There will be an open bar. Drinks will include Bud Light and Miller Lite, a small wine selection and various liquors including, but not limited to, whiskey, vodka, and gin. We will also have water and pop.
