Is there transportation to and from the wedding?
Answer
Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue on Saturday, May 23rd. To the Wedding: - Pickup: Best Western Troutdale - Departure Time: 3:00 PM sharp (please don’t be late!) - Drop-off: Wedding Venue Return Shuttles: Early Shuttle - Departure from Venue: Between 9:00–9:30 PM - Drop-off: Best Western Troutdale Final Shuttle - Departure from Venue: 11:00 PM - Drop-off: Best Western Troutdale We strongly encourage all guests to use the shuttle, even if you are not staying at the Best Western, as the venue is very remote and Ubers/Lyfts will likely not service the area.

Can I bring drinks and snacks on the shuttle to the venue?
Answer
Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring any snacks, drinks, or alcohol on the shuttle to enjoy on your way to the venue!

Can I drive to the wedding? Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, you can drive to the wedding, but why would you?! We are offering complimentary transportation service (see above). If you still prefer to drive, there is ample parking. The address is: NE Henderson Rd, Corbett, OR 97019 Please note: there is a ~10 minute drive up an unpaved gravel road to get to the venue off of the main highway. Once you get close, you'll see signs for Bridal Veil Lakes. Please drink responsibly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan on arriving at 3:30pm. The ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

What should I wear?
Answer
Friday Welcome Drinks: elevated casual or cocktail attire. Saturday Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Spring themed cocktail attire. Check out inspiration here: https://pin.it/7vHkIVHIE Please note: our wedding venue is all outdoors with some covered structures. We strongly recommend bringing a shawl, jacket, coat, or fur. The venue can be a few degrees cooler than Portland so keep an eye on the weather in the days leading up and plan accordingly. Heaters will be provided. Sunday Goodbye Brunch: Casual.

We hope you'll understand our decision to make our wedding ceremony and reception kiddo-free (with the exception of our immediate family). Please take this opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us late into the night! Kids are more than welcome to our Welcome Drinks and Farewell Brunch!

Any recommendations for Extending our Stay in Oregon?
Answer
If you're looking to take advantage of the long holiday weekend, we recommend staying in Portland at the beginning and/or end of your trip! There isn't a ton happening in Troutdale, so we'd suggest only staying there Friday and Saturday night ;)
