Question

Are Kids Allowed At The Wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, unless their name is specifically listed on your RSVP page, we are offering you a night off at our adults only celebration! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Question

How Should I dress?

Answer

We'd love for you to get dressed up with us! Evening wear recommended, but dress to your comfort. Anything from suits & long dresses, to slacks and button ups, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

If their name, or your name "& Guest", is listed on the invitation, then we have accounted for your guest! Otherwise, we unfortunately must stick to our intended guest list for budget and venue capacity purposes.

Question

Where will the ceremony be?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be conveniently located on-site at Birchwood Vineyard.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While we are planning on an outdoor ceremony, we do also understand that we are getting married in New England! Should there be less than ideal weather, the ceremony will take place indoors.

Question

Are there other events I can attend?

Answer

There are! There will be multiple opportunities to celebrate throughout the wedding weekend. You will be alerted to the ones you're invited to!

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will have transportation arranged from the hotel we have partnered with for a room block.

Question

May I take a centerpiece or any decor home as a souvenir?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking home any decor items unless otherwise instructed to do so as many of our items are provided by the venue.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that our ceremony be "unplugged" and that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that all of our guests may be present in the moment. We have hired a team of AMAZING photographers to capture our day and we can always send you some ceremony photos if you want them! Otherwise, we're happy to blow up a canvas sized photo of you and your camera blocking the ceremony for public shaming purposes :)

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

If you have any questions beyond what is listed, please email us at Sweebus1@gmail.com
