We first crossed paths on Tinder, after some back and fourth banter, numbers were exchanged and a first date took place a month later. Three years later, we’ve spent countless hours traveling, moved in together and added one mischievous dog to our family. We are so looking forward to starting this new chapter together, and can’t wait to celebrate with all our favorite people.
Brandi had been wanting to visit a local wedding venue that was up and coming in Morehead, Kentucky. I didn't think anything of it, because we had talked about proposing, wedding venues, and day-dreaming about the future from the beginning of our relationship. The day of October 20, 2018 - Brandi had planned for us to visit the venue, once we arrived the owner gave Brandi and I a tour of the inside (which was absolutely beautiful) and then we headed outside, to tour the rest of the grounds. At the end of the tour, we stopped at the pavilion and Brandi pulled me inside to show me how it would look if they stood there to get married. That is when Brandi got down on one knee, the photographer came out, and Brandi's best friend Steph came out with the ring. My heart stopped, I couldn't believe Brandi was asking me to spend forever with her. All I remember asking Brandi was "Does my nana know?"
